First we noticed the mural got an update.
Then we noticed its current incarnation features two lines from a startlingly appropriate Robert Frost poem.
The lines on the wall on the Cole side of Frank’s read “Nature’s first green is gold, her hardest hue to hold.”
Funny weed joke? Apparently so, but in fact, here’s how the poem reads:
“Nothing Gold Can Stay,” R. Frost
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
